· Provided regulatory support strategy and wrote sections of successful remediation proposal at an NPL site for Portage Environmental, Inc., Idaho Falls, ID (2006).

· Wrote contractual requests for equitable adjustments totaling $15 million, performed radiological and chemical data review and analysis, and waste profile development tasks at a DOE facility for Closure Services, Columbus, OH (2004 - 2006).

Waste Programs Manager (1999 -2004)

Managed programs responsible for low-level radioactive and hazardous waste activities at the U.S. DOE Fernald facility undergoing environmental remediation.

Functioned in roles of Emergency Duty Officer, Independent Safety Review Committee member, Health & Safety Support, Release Evaluator and Environmental Advisor for the Emergency Operations Center (EOC).
Facilitated successful completion of 18 profiles for approximately 30,000 containers of radioactive and hazardous waste for shipment and disposal at various facilities across the U.S. in compliance with site remediation milestone dates.
Successfully implemented a stream-lined approach for managing the characterization, processing, profiling and shipment/treatment of over 3000 containers of radioactive and hazardous waste.
Safely completed over 5000 waste determinations on inventory which were previously uncharacterized by creating a standardized process and enhancing inventory accuracy.

Environmental Compliance Manager (1992 – 1999)

Maintained facility compliance by ensuring remediation and waste management activities were conducted in accordance with seven regulatory agreements.
